How 111 Games Came to Be
Every platform has an origin story, and ours is straightforward: a small team of Pakistani gamers and technology professionals who were frustrated with the options available to them. International platforms that didn't accept Easypaisa. Withdrawal delays that stretched days. Customer support that replied in broken English days after the question was asked. Game categories that ignored the subcontinent entirely — no Teen Patti, no Andar Bahar, no cricket-adjacent products.
The founding team behind 111 Games made a decision in 2021 to build something from the ground up with Pakistani players as the primary audience — not as an afterthought to an international platform. That meant building local payment integrations from day one, not bolting them on later. It meant hiring customer support staff who spoke Urdu naturally. It meant finding live casino studios with South Asian dealers. It meant choosing game providers whose catalogues included the games Pakistanis actually play.
The name 111 comes from cricket — a score considered unlucky in some traditions and celebrated in others. We took it as a challenge: turn the number associated with uncertainty into one associated with winning. Since launch, 111 Games has grown into the platform of choice for hundreds of thousands of Pakistani players, from Karachi to Peshawar, from Lahore to Gilgit.
We haven't lost sight of why we started. Every platform decision — whether it's adding a new payment method, launching a new game, or upgrading the mobile interface — comes back to the same question: does this make the experience better for Pakistani players? If yes, we build it. If not, we leave it out.
